All of our deliveries are made by Courier APC. 

There is an option to leave in a safe place at your request. Please leave details on order with mobile number.

We always aim to deliver orders  within 2 business days. Where this is not possible you will be informed by email.

Orders placed on a Friday or during a weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

There are no deliveries on a Bank Holiday. Any order placed during a bank holiday will be delivered within the next two working days.

We offer FREE UK shipping on 48hr deliveries,  if you require next day or Saturday delivery please get in touch  for a delivery cost hello@suntassl.co.uk

We know that sometimes products are not suitable and need to be returned.  Please inform us about any item you wish to return within 24hrs of delivery,  & send the item back to Suntassl within 7 days of the agreed return. A Returns label will be provided via email should you use our courier service.

Returns will be at the expense of the customer.  If you require a courier collection £15 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Any products you wish to return must be unused & in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Only faulty / damaged or incorrect products sent,  will be collected by Courier at the cost of Suntassl.
